How does laundry pickup work?

Fill a standard 13-gallon kitchen trash bag with clothes, tie it, and leave it out at your scheduled time.

We wash, dry, fold, sort, and deliver it back beautifully.

How much does a bag hold?

A 13-gallon bag usually fits 1–2 loads.

Most families use 1–3 bags per week.

Do you separate colors, delicates, and kids’ clothes?

Yes — everything is washed the proper way.

Kids’ laundry can be returned sorted by person if you’d like (just add a note).

What if I need special detergent or scent-free wash?

Absolutely! You can request fragrance-free, gentle detergent, or provide your own.

Just note your preference during booking.

Can I send bedding, blankets, coats, or bulky items?

Yes — these are billed as add-ons because they take longer and don’t fit the standard bag.

What if I forget to set my laundry out?

No worries — we’ll contact you to reschedule.

A $10 missed-pickup fee may apply.

What’s the turnaround time?

Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours.

Express/Same-day is available for a fee.

Do you wash pet bedding?

We currently do not accept pet bedding due to equipment sanitation requirements.

Can I include items with stains?

Light stain treatment is included, but we can’t guarantee removal of set-in stains.

Is my laundry safe?

Yes — your laundry is washed separately from all other clients.

Do you wash oilfield, construction, FR, mechanic, or welding clothes?

Yes — we handle most heavy-duty workwear including FR gear, jeans, coveralls, and uniforms.

Can you remove heavy dirt, mud, grease, or oil?

We use deep-clean cycles and light stain treatment.

Some industrial stains may not fully come out, but we improve them as much as safely possible.

Does workwear cost extra?

Standard jeans and shirts are included.

Heavily soiled, oily, or bulky items may include a small add-on due to extra wash time and detergent.

Is anything NOT allowed?

We cannot accept items soaked in:

gasoline

dripping diesel

solvents

chemicals

hazardous materials

CONCIERGE HOME HELP FAQS

What exactly is Concierge Home Help?

It’s woman-led, judgment-free assistance with everyday home tasks.

Think: laundry, dishes, organizing, tidying, errands, resets, and small fixes.

You tell us what you need — we handle it.

Why is this service woman-led?

Many moms don’t feel comfortable having a man in their home for household help.

Our service offers safe, gentle, non-intimidating home support from another woman who understands the mental load.

Everyone is welcome to book — but our focus is moms and families.

What kinds of tasks can you help with?

Laundry

Dishes

Organizing

Clutter resets

Fridge cleanouts

Kids’ rooms & toy areas

Bedroom tidying

Pantry refresh

Bedding changes

Errands (returns, pickups, etc.)

Small fixes (hanging shelves, hooks, curtains)

What tasks are NOT included?

We do not offer:

deep cleaning involving chemicals

scrubbing of biological messes

moving heavy furniture

carpet shampooing

electrical, plumbing, or trade work

hazardous waste cleanup

pest-related cleaning

anything unsafe for a single worker

If something is out of scope, we’ll let you know kindly.

Do I need to clean before you come?

No. Absolutely not.

Our entire service is built for real-life homes — not “magazine-ready” ones.

No apologies. No shame. No prep required.

Do I have to be home?

You can be home, or you can provide access instructions (door code, lockbox, etc.).

Whatever is most comfortable for you.

Can I book just one hour?

Yes — the minimum is one hour.

Most clients book 1–3 hours depending on what they need.

Is there judgment if my house is a mess?

Never.

Our service exists because life gets overwhelming sometimes.

Do you bring supplies?

For laundry and organizing tasks, no supplies are needed.

For small fixes or handling clutter, we may bring basic tools (like a hammer or screwdriver).

For cleaning tasks, we use whatever products you prefer in your home.

BILLING & POLICIES FAQS

How do I pay?

A card on file is required.

Laundry is charged once completed.

Concierge services are billed immediately after the appointment.

What if I need to cancel?

Laundry pickups canceled within 12 hours: $10 fee

Concierge visits canceled within 24 hours: $25 fee

This protects the time of your assigned worker.

What if I’m unhappy with my laundry?

We offer a Reclean Guarantee.

Let us know within 24 hours and we’ll rewash items at no charge.

Do you have a minimum?

Yes — $35 minimum for laundry.

One-hour minimum for concierge.
