Welcome to Laundry Llamas™! By accessing or using our website, booking platform, home-help services, or laundry pickup and delivery service (“Services”), you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Overview

Laundry Llamas™ provides:

Laundry pickup, washing, drying, folding, and delivery

Home help & concierge services (organizing, tidying, errands, resets, and light household tasks)

Services may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book or use our Services.

By booking, you confirm you are legally able to enter into a service agreement and have permission to authorize work within the home.

3. Scheduling, Access & Home Entry

Concierge/Home Help services require safe, reasonable access to the home.

You may remain home during the appointment or provide entry instructions.

For safety:

We do not move heavy furniture

We do not climb ladders

We do not handle hazardous waste, pests, bodily fluids, or unsafe environments

We reserve the right to decline any task that feels unsafe or outside our scope

Missed appointments or locked-out visits may result in a $25 fee.

4. Laundry Orders & Bag Policy

Laundry must be placed in a secure, accessible location at the scheduled pickup time.

Our pricing is based on 13-gallon bags:

Standard Laundry Bag = $35

Overstuffed/Overflow Bag (cannot be tied) = +$10

Bedding & specialty items are billed separately

You agree not to include:

hazardous materials

pet bedding

mold/mildew items

items contaminated with pests (bed bugs, fleas, etc.)

Laundry Llamas is not responsible for items left in pockets.

5. Concierge Service Scope & Limits

Concierge services include light cleaning, organizing, tidying, errands, home resets, and small household tasks.

We do not perform:

deep cleaning requiring chemicals or scrubbing of biological messes

professional carpet cleaning

electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or trades work

lifting heavy items

tasks requiring special licensing or certifications

All tasks must be reasonably safe for a single worker.

If a request is outside our scope, we will inform you and offer alternatives when possible.

6. Pricing & Payment

Current pricing is listed on our website and may be updated at any time.

Laundry Pickup: $35 per bag

Concierge Home Help: $75 per hour

Add-ons & specialty items are billed individually

Express/same-day laundry carries an additional fee

All orders require a valid card on file.

Payment is processed automatically at completion of service.

7. Customer Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

Provide accurate contact and access information

Ensure a safe environment for workers

Disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or detergent preferences

Secure pets when a worker is entering your home

Avoid requesting tasks beyond our scope or unsafe in nature

Laundry Llamas is not responsible for:

normal wear and tear

minor shrinkage or color loss

manufacturer defects

weak seams, buttons, elastics, or zippers

8. Turnaround & Delivery

Standard laundry turnaround is 24–48 hours.

Express/next-day is available for an additional fee.

Delivery will be made to the same location as pickup unless arranged otherwise.

9. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Laundry pickups canceled within 12 hours may be subject to a $10 fee.

Concierge services canceled within 24 hours may be subject to a $25 fee.

Refunds are only issued for service errors.

Reclean Policy (Laundry)

If you’re unsatisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we’ll rewash the affected items once at no cost.

We do not issue refunds for:

pre-existing damage

unrealistic expectations

tasks not included in our service scope

dissatisfaction due to subjective preference, scent, or folding style

10. Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to 10x the service charge for the affected order, not exceeding $200.

We are not liable for:

items lost due to weak seams or overfilled bags

color bleeding from non-colorfast fabrics

damage to delicate fabrics not disclosed

issues resulting from improper care labels

11. Privacy & Communication

Your information is protected according to our Privacy Policy.

By booking, you consent to receive service-related texts or emails.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kansas.

Any disputes will be resolved in Sedgwick County, KS.

13. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

The latest version will always be posted on our website.
